Confirm before counting fulfillment
The provider result controls payment completion and the resulting vote fulfillment. Pending or failed payment attempts must not be treated as confirmed votes.
Reconcile quantities and money
One transaction can represent multiple votes. Compare vote quantity, successful transactions, revenue and settlement records separately when reviewing the program.
