Straight answers for supporters and organizers.

Is one payment always one vote?

No. A supported transaction may represent multiple votes. Vote quantities, completed payments and unique people are different measures.

Can I vote in a closed campaign?

No. Closed, postponed, disabled and upcoming voting states do not accept a new vote through the public flow.

Why can’t I see vote totals?

Public totals follow the campaign’s visibility settings. Private results and organizer reports are not exposed.

Does submitting a nomination publish it?

No. Where approval is required, the nomination remains pending until the organizer approves it.

Does every campaign have a USSD code?

No. A configured route and enabled market are required. Use only the code actually published for the campaign.

Do I need to sell tickets too?

No. Awards & Digital Voting is a standalone product. Ticketing and Fundraising are separate optional services.

Who handles a failed payment?

The existing SparkGlim Checkout and Server handle payment status and return navigation. Retain the reference when contacting support.

Is this the same as SEVA?

No. SEVA is separate pre-release technology for supervised formal elections, with its own readiness and implementation requirements.
